Craftsteak skews toward the super sized, from the giant slabs of beef to the massive loft of a dining room with soaring ceilings, large windows, and sturdy tables. Ample, round banquettes invite diners, mostly large parties of suits, to lean back between bites and loosen the belt a notch or two. The stellar steak selection includes Hawaiian Grass-Fed Angus Beef and a Corn-Fed Hereford Porterhouse for two. The undisputed star of the menu, though, is Wagyu Beef so tender you can almost slice it with a butter knife. Lighten your plate with one of the veggie sides, asparagus, artichoke, and sugar snap peas, among others, and wash it all down with a robust Spanish or Italian red or a hearty Oregon ale.
