The base rent is $919/month. Additional rent expenses (amounts are your portion) are electricity plus natural gas for forced air heating and hot water of $97/month, plus an additional $59/month which includes: 2 high-speed Shaw internet wired connections (1 outlet per bedroom, not wi-fi), exclusive tenant storage locker room & a separate shared laundry room with washer & dryer (not coin operated) with 24 hour access. Therefore the TOTAL monthly rent is $919 + 97 + 59 = $1,075/month (for the entire suite, NOT per bedroom). For LEASE only, not available for month to month tenancy. A fixed term 4 month lease to the end of November, 2013 is required, renewable at the the end of the term for another 4 months to the end of March, 2014 and thereafter for 4 month intervals if mutually agreed.
