We have a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home available for rent or rent-to-own. This is ranch style home that features 2 bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room on the main floor. The third bedroom is located upstairs along with a walk-in attic. The walk-in attic and a full, unfinished basement offer plenty of storage. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and you bring your own stove and refrigerator. Laundry hook-ups are in the basement.
Bedrooms sizes are 12'x10' and 12'x10' on the first floor and 15'x12' on the second floor. Bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpets and the kitchen and bath have tile floors. The dining room is hardwood.
This home features a big front porch and a cozy deck off the kitchen. The front yard is level and the backyard is tree lined. Parking is on-street.

Each adult must complete an application. There is no application fee, but we collect a $200 deposit that goes toward your first month's rent. You get your deposit back if we turn you down. Applications are available at the house showing.
We require income of 3 times the rent or 2-1/2 times the rent + other payments you make (e.g. car payments, student loans, but not utilities).
We pull credit reports to verify information and to see payment history. We never turn anyone down solely for poor credit, but we do increase the rent by $25 if you Experian score is below 600.
We know and love pets, so our single family homes are available to pet owners. We allow a maximum of two animals for an additional security deposit of $200 per animal. We do not charge additional rent for pets. Dogs and cats must be house broken - sorry no puppies or kittens! Certain breeds of dogs are not allowed by our insurance - e.g. Rottweilers and Pit Bulls.
RENT TO OWN
All of our single-family homes are available as rentals or rent to own.
The "Rent to Own" program of home buying provides an easy stepping stone to owning a home of your own. This program helps individuals with less than perfect credit or those who don't have the traditional 10-20% down payment.
Rent to own tenants provide a small down payment equal to 1-2 months' rent. Once on the program, 10% of your rent is added to your down payment and security deposit to build up equity.
Sorry but we do not work with the Section 8 / Housing Choice program.
Our Rental Agreements run year-to-year and renew in April or May. We do not offer month-to-month agreements.
